Prices are in US dollars. Pay monthly, or yearly for the price of 10 months. Monthly plans have a one-time $99 setup fee, which yearly plans don't. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown on your invoice before you pay. Extra traffic beyond your plan is $20 per TB; we tell you before it's billed. Best effort, with no uptime guarantee. Questions about paying
Do I need a managed relay?
No. Voidwire works fully with the free public relay or a relay you run yourself. A managed relay is for people who want a private relay without running a server.
Does paying unlock anything in the apps?
No. The apps are the same for everyone. A managed relay is only a relay.
What's the difference between Team and Business?
Both are a dedicated relay on its own server, with files up to 2 GB through the relay. Team includes 2 TB of relayed traffic a month and caps each device at 10 MB/s. Business runs on a larger server, includes 4 TB a month and has no speed cap. Devices on the same network connect directly and don't use the relay at all.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
We send invoices through Stripe, monthly or yearly. Cancel anytime by emailing sales@voidwire.app; service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. A new managed relay can be refunded in full within 14 days. The terms have the details.
Can I switch relays later?
Yes. Add the new relay in the apps, choose Make home, and move each pairing with Change relay…, confirming on both devices.
Do I need an account?
Not in the apps. To set up a managed relay we need an email address to reply to and, once you pay, billing details. What we keep.
